Introduction:
Since the buried antiseptic insulating pipe production line entered market in 1992, we have installed dozens of insulating pipe production line in Yumen Petroleum Bureau, Xinjiang Zhundong Oilfield, Kelamayi, Daqing Oilfield in Heilongjiang Province and Dongying Oilfield in Shandong Province etc. The produced insulating pipe is widely used in transportation of petroleum and natural gas, city heating system, drainage system in building and heat protection system of central air-conditioner.
It is also applied to industrial heat insulation and protection in working temperature scope of -50กซ150℃ For its series of excellent features, such as good heat insulation, low relative density, low water absorptivity, water tolerance, corrosion resistance, resistance to cold and fire resistance etc. It is made up of extruder, die, cooling section, positioner, regulating device, pusher, steel pipe carrier, pipe rack, foaming machine and automatic constant temperature controller.
Features:
1. Most work is controlled automatically by electric apparatuses in whole production process, so it largely shortens manpower and reduces the labor intensity.
2. Multi-channel procedures such as extruding pipe, steel pipe feeding, cooling and molding, foaming and shaping, are finished synchronously, which raises the working efficiency.
